As a key driver of our people-first culture, this role ensures seamless execution of established HR policies and processes, keeping everything running smoothly and efficiently. From talent development and recruitment to compensation and organizational support, you'll play a hands-on role in shaping an exceptional employee experience. With a sharp eye for detail and a proactive mindset, you'll help maintain a high-performing, engaged, and future-ready workforce.

 

You will:

  • Manage the entire recruitment and selection process for both internal and external hires, up to the employee onboarding stage (solely responsible for R&S in the department).
  • Lead the performance evaluation process, including initiation, training, effectiveness assessment, follow-up with management on performance analysis, and contribution to career development decision-making tools.
  • Develop and oversee the annual training plan, including all required local training programs.
  • Identify and implement HR process improvements to better support employees and managers.
  • Operate within the SAP HR modules.
  • Handle Compensation & Benefits tasks, including job analysis and salary benchmarking.
    Support HR-related projects.
  • Maintain up-to-date Job Descriptions and oversee the Competency Matrix.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions as needed.
  • Conduct exit interviews and provide insights for employee retention strategies.
  • Lead internal and external audit processes, including VDA and IATF audits.
  • Oversee the Trainee, Internship, and Apprentice Programs.
  • Support the HR department with internal operational systems and various employee-related matters.
  • Manage the onboarding process for both new hires and internal transfers.

REQUISITOS DA VAGA

We expect you to bring:

  • Proven ability to build constructive relationships with key stakeholders (management, employee representatives) based on credibility and performance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Innovative mindset, bringing new ideas for discussion and implementation in HR.
  • Experience with internal and external audit processes.
  • Strong knowledge of salary benchmarking tools.
  • Solid understanding of HR processes, including talent development, compensation, and recruitment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Postgraduate degree in Strategic People Management or other HR specializations is desirable.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as an HR Generalist in People Development, HR projects, and programs.
  • Desirable networking skills and multicultural experience.
  • Strong background in recruitment and employee engagement strategies.
  • Solid experience with behavioral and psychological assessment tools (personality and competency-based evaluations).
  • Hands-on experience with HR systems.
  • Extensive experience in internal and external audit processes.
    Knowledge of SAP HR systems will be a plus.
  • Strong expertise in Compensation & Benefits, including job analysis and salary benchmarking.
