About the Role
This is a high-impact, executive specialist-level role, ideal for a self-driven, strategic professional with proven experience in B2B sales to C-level executives. You’ll lead the effort to introduce Brix to the Brazilian market, closing our first deals, shaping local strategies, and building the foundation for future commercial success.
You Will Be Responsible For
- Drive the full sales cycle: from prospecting and qualifying to presenting, negotiating, and closing deals with construction companies in Brazil.
- Engage and influence executive-level stakeholders, building trusted relationships with decision-makers.
- Localize our go-to-market strategy in collaboration with the headquarters sales team.
- Identify key accounts and develop account-based strategies to win and retain clients.
- Own and report on KPIs: pipeline growth, qualified opportunities, deal velocity, and revenue performance.
- Provide regular feedback on client needs and market dynamics to shape product and sales strategy.
- Act as the face of Brix in the Brazilian market, representing the company at events and meetings.
- Collaborate closely with the post-sales and customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction during onboarding and implementation, driving long-term relationships and client retention.
REQUISITOS DA VAGA
What You Bring
- 3+ years of B2B executive sales experience, ideally in tech or construction solutions selling.
- Proven track record of engaging and closing deals with non-IT C-level executives.
- Experience opening new markets or selling early-stage products is highly desirable.
- Background in construction, proptech, construtech, or related sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on attitude — entrepreneurial and outcome-driven.
- Advanced English is required for team collaboration.
- Comfortable working independently with minimal structure and high ownership.
