🌟 What You'll Do
You’ll work closely with the founder and get hands-on experience in a wide range of recruitment and consulting activities, such as:

• Crafting job descriptions.
• Conducting screening calls with candidates.
• Leading interviews.
• Sharing feedback and guiding candidates through the recruitment process.
• Collaborating in consulting initiatives/projects beyond recruitment — we like to explore!
• Supporting the team in building strong talent pipelines for exciting national and international clients.
• Learning, experimenting, and growing every day.

🧠 Who You Are
We're not looking for experience — we're looking for mindset and drive! The right fit for this role is someone who is:

• Studying Psychology, Human Resources, or related filed with interest in talent acquisition.
• Genuinely curious about people and how organizations work.
• Equipped with a computer and a stable internet connection.
• A fast learner with a proactive attitude.
• Excited about learning new things.
• Able to communicate advanced in English (you’ll be conducting interviews with international candidates!).
• Responsible and driven to grow.
• Open to feedback and excited to develop professionally.
